Citroen for Sale

This little 1956 Citroen is for sale. I have seen it parked down at Oceanside Marina for many years. Today I noticed a for sale sign on it so stopped to take a photograph before this local landmark disappears to a new owner. The owner came up from his boat and we talked for a long time about cars and car culture. His name is Ernie and he is a really nice guy.


Ernie has had the car for 40 years and put "many" miles on it. He claims the original engine had 400,000 miles on it when it and the tranny were rebuilt. Also overall it has been very reliable.
It runs on two cylinders that put out a whopping 18 Horsepower.

What is it?

Never have seen a photo of one of these before. I think they call it an "Ardwolf".
It was on a South African game reserve BLOG. They are trying to save leopards and other wildlife.
