Vista Unveils a new sign 4-5-2016

 The City of Vista unveiled a new street sign over Santa Fe Street today. I got there just in time when they were pulling the cover off.  The city dignitaries were there and gave talks (that I missed).

 There were a lot of photographers there posing the City People for the record. There was this little drone flying overhead too.  You can see it in this photo above the sign.

 It turns out that historic highway Route 395 goes right through Vista.

I also noticed this weird little Alien looking guy; wearing a funny green hat with ears.

What is up with that?
