Contrails

 

Contrail throws a shadow onto the clouds below.

At this angle the Jet is headed somewhere east

 of San Diego.  Not sure what his strategy is. Too high and fast and he ends up over Mexico.

Maybe he turns east for Arizona.  There is a Naval Air Base in El Centro California I think.

This cloud formation and contrail did not last too long. There must be some wind at altitude.
